Wyndham Home Vet (WHV) is a new mobile veterinary service established in 2015. We provide warm and professional veterinary care at the comfort of your home, avoiding the stress of car travel and long waiting hours. Dr Smitha Georgy
BVSc, MVSc, PhD
After graduating with a veterinary degree in 2000, Dr Georgy continued her studies and completed a masters degree in preventive medicine in veterinary science. She worked as a veterinary surgeon overseas for four years before moving to Melbourne in 2006.
Dr Georgy graduated with a PhD in veterinary science from the University of Melbourne in 2010. She further persuaded her career in cancer research and published several scientific articles in medical journals and received funding from National Health and Medical Research Council.
Dr Georgy is a registered veterinary practitioner in Victoria. She has several years experience working in veterinary clinics including the Lost Dogs Home in North Melbourne. She started the Wyndham Home Vet, a mobile veterinary service to assist pet owners in Wyndham with friendly, affordable and convenient veterinary service.
